Having released on June 14^th 2019, the latest track from France’s house specialist Pouvoir Magique is a slow burning, yet endearing tune titled ‘Sunrise’. Influences can be felt from a wide range of sources, from the retro deep house sounds that cut through the track, all the way to the persistent African-inspired rhythms that make up its backbone, while eventually soulful, uplifting vocal duties are split between male and female voices. This track comes a few weeks after the successful collaborative effort ‘Kobra’ created alongside Fakear, showing that the producer has developed his songwriting even further of the course of a couple of short months. -Dan Peeke
